Freeze Dried Oyster Mushroom Powder

Our mushrooms are picked fresh and freeze dried to maintain all beneficial compounds and full flavor. We then put them through a hammermill to grind them to a fine powder that can be added to any dish you prefer for that wonderful umami taste.

(This is a raw food and must be cooked before consumption)
